Welcome to Kilkenny Barracks! Or Stephens Barracks. It is a small training centre for new recruits to the Defence Forces of the Celtic Union. The Celtic Union is a fictional group based off the Republic of Ireland. It is a relaxed MILSIM/RP group, with multiple brigades, branches, and battalions to join.
