Shoresight

Shoresight was first discovered on a particularly long voyage east to try and reach the Mainlands, the unprepared crew was running out of supplies and decided to stop at the unfamiliar island which allowed them to restock resources. After, the crew reported seeing a huge beast patrolling the forests and quickly retreated to Port Glibglosh as quickly as they could. Upon hearing about the beast, the Grand Admiral took his crew and went to slay it, ultimately killing it in one charged blast. Once hearing about the Grand Admiral's feat, people started to flock to Shoresight and due to the popularity brought to it by crews it was decided by the Pirate Lords that construction would happen on the island giving the islanders a place to rest and live in. Multiple crews explored Shoresight but ultimately found nothing, it is still being explored. Unexpectedly, those who stayed on the island established it as a fishing town within a few months. Eventually playing a role in the war.
