District 2 (Masonry) is the key source where The Capitol recruits its peacekeepers. The 'Nut' is the most secure and defended underground system of bunkers where all peacekeepers are trained. All of The Capitols equipment and arsenal is also stored here. A small town is located in a clearing near to The 'Nut' where Mockingjay Rebellion has stationed during the Civil War.
