This base is used by the Clap Alliance so they can hide from the Emoji Rebellion. All the Clap Alliances bases are used for different things. The Clap Alliance's most feared enemy The Emoji Rebellion is back for more war and harm to the Alliance so the Clap Alliance constructed a base for them to hide from the Rebellion.But they are still not safe because the base isn't secure.
