With Mishima transforming into a garrisoned town and becoming the industrial heart of the Hojo, The Capital of Izu Province required a new fortified location. As such, similar to Hojo Ujisada's rule, Hojo Ujitaka has ordered the construction of Mishima-Jo nearby the main road leading to Mishima, whoever controls the castle has basically effective control over the capital city of Izu Province.
