The site contains many anomalous creatures and entities that must be adequately maintained. Foundation personnel is expected to have experience in dealing with these various anomalies. After an Omega Warhead detonation by the Chaos Insurgency, the Foundation was forced to move operations to a new location in Kupreanof, Alaska, under Canadian and American military protection. It has been dubbed by the President that Area 26 is the only place in the world capable of maintaining containment for Euclid and Keter objects.
