Arcata is a fictional city is Blaine County, San Andreas. The county and state are based off of Pasco County, Florida - our laws are also based of the same state. Arcata, San Andreas by Northpoint Development Studios is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License. Latest update + Emergency Vehicles Lights and Sirens have been revamped + Emergency Vehicles now have extensive customization menus [!] Flipping during a pursuit, Glitching, Resetting to avoid arrest, RDM/VDM, and/or breaking ROBLOX Terms Of Service will result in a ban/kick depending on the severity.
