The Grand Gathering Ball is a place where Special Occasions are made. When there’s something special going you get the chance to meet Father BlackLight and Demon Snow. If you answer some questions from Father BlackLight right then you get a rank up. You get the rank as a Cultist and Follower. The place is located at West Virginia.
