Description (written by the developer; not a statement by this register)
1.No RDM (Combines and rebels may KOS each other but killing citizens for both teams must have reason). 2.NLR (Don't get revenge on people who are roleplaying) 3.Citizens must be listening to the Combine's Command. 4.Rebels are allowed to hide as a citizen. Any cars can be stolen. 5.Combine Elites Can't speak to citizens. 6.Combine Elite's can't patrol the city unless major rebel activity takes place. 7.Have fun and don't ruin the fun for others.
