Here is where officer in trainings are evaluated to be ranked to LT or captain. Commanders and above are able to host evaluations so are captain but can only evaluate officer in trainings and rank them to LT if they pass. If a captain is hosting a evaluation please include this on the group shout (I am hosting a evaluation today officer in training are the only ranks that can attend.) Unless it is a superior officer wanting to watch or co-host.
