Eureka City is one of the last remaining cities that has not been ruined by the Eureka Virus. Controlled by the powerful organization, S.T.A.R Corporation is dedicated to finding the cure to the virus. As the city is under construction the Corporation enlists people to help with labour to reconstruct the city while providing shelter and food.
