Kazakh - 3 is a Soviet military installation located in the Karaganda Region of Kazakhstan, built in the 1960s as a headquarters for the Red Army but was later decommissioned. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- it would be in 1975 that Kazakh - 3 would be re-purposed to fit the needs of the Armed forces of the Central Committee of Paranormal Research.
