Mountain Asylum is located in United Kingdom keeping dangerous inmates so we can protect society, we look for cures to cure our patients and look for the best doctors in the world. CONTROLS Shift to sprint Press Q to punch. Shop: You can find the shop in the lockers and click on the items to purchase! Notes: No need to touch card to open doors. The door detect card in your inventory. Just click to open doors. Stolen keycard in maximum security ward will spawn randomly. Vest is for gamepass users only. To equip it, click on it and your maximum health will increase by 45%.
