The Black Lake Camp, the main base of operations of the Tomeonean Armed Forces (Previously Tomeonean Defence Squads, which then became the Tomeonean Revolutionary Groups). This camp ensures that all Volounteer soldiers get the basic training needed to partake in army operations, cerimonial and battle ones.
