[UICX] Colony of Yekar'Tok, Yulan

Summary: The Colony of Yekar'Tok is a mining and farming colony on a planet sometimes consumed by a fog of natural toxins. The planet Yulan is planet consumed by a swampy biome. A natural toxic fog sometimes sweeps the land, made of particulate sulphur. While that fog itself is toxic, another fog is near-constant, yet it is not as deadly. The Orbital Military Service sometimes occupies the land to deal with the beasts and hooligans of the deep swamp.
