Operation 4 was started by the Sand Marines to continue removing fossil fuels and other threats to the planet which have not been resolved in developing countries. Opposed by the uneducated and desprate, the local region is locked in constant destruction and terror. Will you join the effort in moving to green power and restoring order, or will you oppose the Sand Marines and fight?
