This facility was constructed by arcticglalian, and was proclaimed to be one of his longest projects being worked on for CAT. After his departure, the facility was left unfinished and newly promoted, Seconnd in Command, slay357, took the role of Head of Development to continue this project with fellow developer, ######### This is the unfinished version of Fort Roswell, and there are slightly more updates to the place (Search player CATFortRoswellThree); however, you're given a grand view of what the place consisted of.
