RPD/Rowland Ban Appeals Application

Game automatically kicks you from your server if you already have an application pending, so that doesn't spam our system. Game automatically kicks you from your server if you're on the ban appeals application blacklist. Every ban appeal requires a minimum of 4 votes to be unbanned, within a 72 hour basis. If you're not on the Ban List, you'll be banned for 48 hours for abusing the system. This system goes by the time of the sent application, not the date.
