The Russian Border. 1. Cheating or exploiting will result in a permanent ban. 2. Glitching or any sort of foul play will not be tolerated. 3. Packages such as Skelly or Rthro are prohibited. Users will be warned. 4. Uniform raiding is prohibited. 4. Alternate accounts, known cheaters, and those on the USAR blacklist will be banned. 5. Admin abusing will not be tolerated. - Officers are permitted to kick, ban and void the raid if users are caught breaking the rules
