Description (written by the developer; not a statement by this register)
A Finnish unit is outnumbered and surrounded by the Red Army near the village of Suomussalmi. When the Soviets advance, the Finns contain them in a disastrous Soviet defeat in the fight that would be an example of how a small force, properly led and fighting in familiar terrain, can defeat a vastly numerically superior enemy.
