The Foundation is commanded by a democratically elected council with each member tasked with overseeing a department and ensuring the high professionalism for the Foundation. Each department upholds a significant task for the organisation as they are linked to provide the utmost efficiency, skilled members of the Foundation are said to never die in the concealment of the foundation.
