here you will be interviewed by a hr or postyWoW they will ask you series of questions got do to with flamingo empire and if they feel like you could make flamingo empire a better group for Albert / flamingo fans they will pass you if not and they feel like you need more training or you're just doing this for admin they will fail your application. if you pass you will be ranked to an admin rank then they will see if you know how to host training if not they will teach you how. if u don't pass do not worry the applications will open again soon. (i will shout it when I'm in the game to interview people)
