Value is determined depending on how much people are willing to give it up for. If an item is doing consistently well, its value will raise. If it does bad, it'll drop. However, value is determined on how the item is selling. RAP is The Recent Average Price (RAP for short/acronym) is what is calculated in trades and an average selling price of each individual limited item.
