The city of Torval, the unsung capital of Elsweyr, holds the great seat of the Mane, who oversees the Khajiit people as their spiritual leader. The city was recently subject to the Slaughter of Torval, killing a vast majority of its population, leaving parts of the city uninhabited and in ruin.
