During the conflict between the Turtles and Frappe, Camp Shelly was used as a place to train and deploy troops. It also works as a place for lost troops or gear supply. Camp Shelly was founded by the survivors who were forced west after the battle of Shellmet, which took place on the ground of turtle base Fort Shellmet. This game is currently in beta testing, it is not finished.
