Description (written by the developer; not a statement by this register)
During the Coup of Kopervensche, the now former head of the Lepoland's Scientific Department Echotine, fleed the State during a three month civilian revolt. Following this, Echotine would continue his experimentation's, intent on perfecting his lifelong goal; Creating an empire, capable of controlling entire star systems. Everything stated took place on the newly dubbed Training Facility Rhodamn, formerly the extermination outpost.
