Where officers can train to be ranked up, or just to learn the basics of a peace officer. SWAT/TACTICAL CERTIFIED: Are able to breach buildings and weild a shotgun on the field. OFFICER: Are able to use weapons, tasers; however, they must not leave Leafe City. Sheriff: Are able to weild an Assault Rifle, Shotgun, pistol, etc on the roads; however, they cannot use tactical, or riot gear. Military Police: Can use and do everything that is not illegal. State Police: Although hard to become, you are able to do almost everything Military Police can do. FBI: Can do everything Military Police can do, and are able to use military vehicles. CIA: Can do multiple things, but all of it is Top Secret. Game has blood.
