Noob tower is located in [REDACTED], South Korea. It is used to track down show-off tryhards and terminate them. It is also used as an ordinary office. (Due to safety precautions the lift should be undergoing maintnence but due to secrecy we cannot contact lifty lifty) If you want to explore alone get a VIP server (they are free)
