Description (written by the developer; not a statement by this register)
After Japan's recent rise due to Otten, the Japanese Air Defense force has widely expanded it's Fighter jet arsenal to include Russian and Chinese jets. The refueling station is used to drill for oil that is then processed on-site into jet fuel that is then directly used to refuel jets.
