It's home to several high dangerous and highly notable SCPs, it also serves as the Field Operations Base for Mobile Task Forces Delta-14, Lambda-12, Alpha-1, Alpha-9, Psi-13, Eta-5, Eta-10, Sigma-66, and Tau-5. It's also the current site housing the Overseer Council.
