After the mass breach that would cause many deaths, the new facility followed. Site 52 V2. The budget was expanded to [REDACTED] so they could afford bigger contain-ments. and better security systems. They could also afford more SCPs. Warning: Hacking AT ALL will get you temp banned, then perm banned. This is to prevent dislikes from people who have hacked. People who are supposed to have admin is anyone on the 05 Council team. Anyone else is to be reported to the group.
