Description (written by the developer; not a statement by this register)
The planet Chakar is located in the Ypraiseos system which orbits a solid white star that gives off an abnormal, but moderate, burst of solar energy. However, the planet's atmosphere seems to be made of unknown gases that allows the solar energy to be absorbed to keep it from freezing over entirely. The solar effect occurs every 2 millennia and the heat inside the planet begins cool down after 1,700 millennia. Although, the planet is still pretty barren and cold. The people of the planet and their technology is completely sophisticated. Unfortunately, there has been civil unrest in the most recent years and the Empryean Military, Parangelia tou Lero, has conducted the process of Imperializing the planet, and helping the ruling government in thwarting a warlord.
