Training contents: -Obby- Difficulty is Medium, to increase difficulty add a shooter. - Team gun fighting- arena medium sized. -Objective- Capture the Fort located on the island. Do this from plane paradropping or start at the bottom of the island. Defending team must hold out against the invasion and eliminate the opposition team. - Obidence training exercises, can be done in the barracks or out of it. This includes "Lights out" "Wake up" "Attention" and "Formation" - Commands training (Basic commands) can be done anywhere on the map. -Advanced commands GPS and Invert GPS can be done anywhere on the map. -Team games can be done anywhere on the map. -Sword fighting takes place in the small arena. - Gun range, this helps to increase shooting accuracy. - Exercises such as "Copy my move" can be done anywhere. This helps to increase speed, reactions and memory.
