A large Mega Base type structure under construction orbiting the planet Neptune. Anyone able to edit the place can put ships in the docks if they want. Latest update: Added music, finished bus ship, added light to rooms, added fighter hanger. Future stuff: Seating areas, finish up meeting room, create sleeping chambers, way to get into hangers.
