Sector 18 is a newly emerged island next to Canada that acts as an important research facility that is studying a form of new life in the oceans that can possibly be used as a power source towards empire territory cities. And so, sector 18 is meant to see if this new form of life can benefit loyalist cities who obey the empire. Although, island tribesmen has decided to take back their land and get rid of the soldiers there. Could the tribesmen take back their homeland?
