One of the most high-tech sites in the foundation, Site 2000. It was made to prevent X-K class events on the earth. If it was in Earth, the Earth would crumble into hell. It is a spaceship, for better containment. No breaches can reach Earth now that Site 2000 was made. Class-D are people who have committed high-danger crimes in space as that was becoming more common due to [REDACTED]. Rules: No hacking, No RK-ing. Overall, dont break the TOS.
