PREFLOODABLE TIMES: 6 PM EST - 12 AM EST - There must be at least 8 people for the preflood notifier to trigger. - If 8 people don't appear to defend in 15 minutes consider raiding someone else, we do not have to accept every preflood. - If there was an event for Specter previously or currently a Specter event we will not defend. RULES - No autoclicking - No exploiting - No mercenaries - Excessive toxicity will lead to teamchat to be turned on - SPECTRE IS ONLY DUAL CAP TO 900
