Located in the highest of the Sierran mountains, the Hillpoint Rally Summit was initially constructed at the tail end of Era I. Upon moving into Era 2, Hillpoint was slightly refurbished and is consistently being updated to ensure that Sierrans are able to mobilize with ease.
