Skal, The capital of Obristan, Is located A Few Miles North Of The Kolechian Border. Skal is the most Isolated Of Obristan's Major Cities, However holding the title "Capital Of Obristan" Means it is the most populous City in the state, Attracting Obristas from every corner of Obristan. This base will be replaced soon as we have a current base that is finished but we are having trouble uploading it
