Northern Altay is most Northern part of Altay, East Turkestan. Altay it self is the most Northern District of The Country and The game Nothern Altay almost borders to Russia. The game it self takes you to a rough Central Asian snowy Adventure with hard roads but also a town, the lake and the bridge, The Military and Police stations but maybe your not a fan of democracy and Would rather make Chaos Sure No worries we also have a Rebel/hostile spawn area.
