Uh.... Memes? This is pre-alpha, much still in the works being made by wings To join the Rebel team, as a civilian you must fly in a taxi to the rebel spawn and step on the spawn pad. The Private Recon's objective is to crush any resistance and keep civilians from becoming rebels.
