Come on and join Hillsfield Asylum! We are a new asylum group inspired by other Ro-Asylums, like Mountain Asylum and various others. The game is based in East Switzerland. The foundation was created to house the most dangerous patients on the face of the Earth. We want to care and treat the patients the best we can and get them up and going on their way back into society. Our guards and doctors are here to help, not hurt them.
