This is the training grounds of Mad City U.S.A army, to rank up here you must attend trainings. If you are new to the group you can rank up for free. I training = Mad City Agent rank, I I I trainings = Mad City Commander rank and so on. If you fail, you cannot rank up. If you pass, you can rank up. Rules: No running around, and no trying to kill other player, all it will do is get you banned. This is the 1st version of the game, I will add more updates in the future.
