Klaarghyll, Lower Dunlands (30%)

Klaarghyll (literally meaning "Klaarg's hill") is the homestead of hill giant Chief Klaarg and his accompanying minions. The main hall, built to a giant's proportions, sits atop a large earthen mound built on the lake shore. The hill and its accompanying dam partially block the river. As such advanced architecture is highly unusual of hill giants, it is speculated that the house was designed by goblin engineers and built with giant labor. This level of cooperation between giants and goblins is also highly unusual of the two species, which is a cause of great concern to the nearby human settlements.
