Altdorf, Capital of the Empire, is a bustling city situated in the Empire's western most expanses. Running through it, the River Reik, Altdorf hosts a variety of cultures, mercenaries and fortune seekers looking to stake their claim in the Old World. Altdorf is under constant siege, the squabbling counties of the Empire wage war for Altdorf endlessly, looking to forge their own vision of the Empire of Man. There are rumors, vicious rumors, that claim there are rats in Altdorf. Not just any rats, abnormally large rats, claimed by some to have been seen stealing food. Most recently, there have been reports of missing citizens, though the Imperial Court claims these incidents are in no way connected. The Witch Hunter's Guild is actively investigating.
