This Fort is for the use of Phantom Uprise Special Operations ONLY unless given permission by Special Operations Commander (desiredkiller123), Vice Commander (EJIJ810/GhostlyUprise) or the President (gabie12234). If used without permission, you will be punished. This training/selections base was made to be used for practical reasons and has not recieved any irrelevant decoration as all it will do is create lag. While in this base agree with the following terms: -You can be banned, kicked or crashed at any time -You agree to follow orders when said (No 'buts' or 'ifs') -You must be in the main Phantom Uprise group -You must respect HICOM In selections, the Special Operations Division uses the elimination process. This means that if you fail something at any time, you may be kicked/crashed/banned from the game.
