Fort Excalibur is a base which is located in a reinforced man-made cave in a desolate area in Antarctica. This is a multi-purpose base and can be used for things such as meetings, trainings and other events that could be held here. This base is used for the whole of Phantom Uprise and if you want host an event, send desiredkiller123 a private message including what event you are hosting and what time you will be doing it.
