The Battle of Muunilinst was a major engagement that took place four weeks after the battle of Geonosis in 22 BBY, Initiated by the Republic to disturb CIS Funding and Military Equipment production. The battle was easily one of the largest of the clone wars, over a third of the Grand Army of the Republic being deployed to the planet, engaging with the large planetary defense force. The Battle is most often known as the first debut of the CIS Menace 'Durge', being able to counter Jedi Master Obi Wan Kenobi to great effect, nearly besting him in close quarters combat.
