Mitsuke is a region within the Totomi province that withholds diverse lands, from rolling hills to scaling mountains. Within the Mitsuke region lies a few mountains that border neighboring provinces. Because of this, it was decided by the lords of the Ii clan that they would take up defensive positions upon the mountains in case of invading forces. Because of the altitude, it is quite misty, allowing for enemies in the distance to move undetected.
