《𝐎𝐁𝐉𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄》 To serve as a secure and hidden training facility for members of the Spectran Coalition. 《𝐑𝐔𝐋𝐄𝐒》 -Official trainings can only be held by an Officer+. -At least four SC members must participate in the training for it to be official. -A training must last at least a half hour to be considered official. -Only one promotion is allowed per official training. 《𝐈𝐍𝐅𝐎》 The Velos Plateau, located in Miriandyn's northern "uninhabitable zone," does not appear to be much different from any of the numerous other plateaus and mountains in the area. Hidden behind a scanner-blocking shield, however, lies a secret training academy constructed by the Spectran Coalition following the dissolution of the Solar Ascendancy. The academy is used by SC as a secure facility to train active personnel.
